Jesse Kasolo is a Partner at Celer Advocates heading the Advisory, Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Unit

An Advocate of the High Court of Uganda, Jesse initially worked with Ligomarc Advocates where he amassed a wealth of experience in financial law, advisory, insolvency and business restructuring. He has notable experience in handling insolvency cases both within and those that had a cross border aspect. Jesse also advises and represents local and multinational institutions on a wide range of banking, legal regulatory, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and transactional mandate.
